Except for the shimmering pearl in the center of its bloom, the Pearl Poppy is an almost inconspicuous plant. It thrives high in the mountains, nestled in shady hollows and depressions where no ray of sunlight ever falls. Only then does a moonlit pearl form in the middle of its flower, to which many effects are attributed. But no one knows for sure what of this is really true.
The Pearl Poppy is the first plant from Kiljamer's field guide and from the world of my fantasy mail club. The dark motif with the cream-colored blossoms fits into any corner, especially if it should be particularly dreamy and mysterious.
